The news today currently has it that one of our famous movie
star/icon John Dumelo has been robbed terribly at gun point! The sad and as
well unpredictable incident transpired around 8 to 8:30 pm on Friday,thus just
yesterday at Labone in Accra.
According to ongoing reports circulating around the said thieves
who broke into the actor’s(John Dumelo) car escaped with his black and as well as his brown traveling bags
which contain most of his valuable and as well delicate items in them. The
thieves just didn’t end their operations there, they also made it a point to
also rob him of other items. Other items which they took away included one of his
laptop, John Dumelo’s bag which at that point in time has his passports in it,
unspecified amount of money and other vital items of which he wasn’t able to
disclose to the media publicly.
Just after the sad incident happened. John Dumelo gave us a
brief description of whatever happened on His Instagram page.John Dumelo detailed
the incident on his instagram and this is what he said
“I was walking
towards my car when I saw them taking my stuff out into their car….they said if
I didn’t stay away, they would shoot me. I just wanna thank God for my
life….#Godforgivethem
Approximately 30 minutes ago thieves broke into my car in
labone and made away with my traveling bags ( a black bag and a brown bag)
including my laptop bag which has my passports and unspecified amount of money
and other important items. The car the thieves were using was a black one door
golf 4. With all due respect if do you come across the items Please return it
to the nearest police station. Or contact the cantonments police station on

I believe at this moment it kind of heart breaking to hear
about such sad news making waves in the air.
