It has it in the news that Chris Brown is allegedly gearing up to take Nia Guzman, who is said to be the mother of his 9month old daughter, Royalty, to family court for publicly speaking on their relationship.
As reported by TMZ, the "Ayo" singer did not know that he was the baby's father until last month, when Guzman, 31, dropped the news. Brown, reportedly, then made an agreement with her where he would pay monthly child support. However, since she went public, those payments may be significantly slashed.
Sources revealed that Brown is dishing out much more than the amount that he would be required to pay if a formal child-support order was issued. The singer has apparently upped the amount — which is largely based on income — for Guzman to remain mum about the situation in return.
Since the R&B crooner now believes that she has been leaking stories to the media, his attorneys are taking legal action. TMZ reports that legal docs are being filed in which he will be formally asking a judge for an order requiring him to pay child support, which will likely see him pay much less than he is currently.
Though he is yet to make an official statement regarding the situation, Brown responded to his critics via Instagram, writing, "How bout yall kiss my a**... I don't owe you nosey muh******s a damn thing."
